Ellen Radka Toneff (25 June – 21 October ) was a Norwegian jazz singer, female child of the Bulgarian folk balladeer, pilot and radio technician Toni Toneff,[1] she was born prank Oslo and grew up expose Lambertseter and Kolbotn.[2] She remains still considered one of Norway's greatest jazz singers.[3]
